Coach opened the meeting.

He thanked Allison for her message on Reflection.

He handed out the Agenda and started a Discussion on the Topics:

What worked? We worked well with Darla and her parents.

We can congratulate ourselves for our work on Team-building - including bringing Ollie in.

What needs work? We improved our work with “Subs” - they are now “Game changers” - They need more

practice time - “ Discussion on them playing early in the game.

Replacing Stan, Larry, and Terry - what do we need to do to strengthen the team?

Who do we have now who could be our player-leaders?

What do we want to do better? Do we need to do better with our after-game sessions with the players?

Brief history lesson, e.g. take home an article on Lou Gehrig, Mia Hamm, Jackie Robinson,

Sue Bird, Derrick Jeter, Jennie Finch, etc.?

Why are we and the team better for going through this experience? We met our team goals and overcame the middle of season adversity. We displayed great

character and sportsmanship throughout the season. Falcons really encouraged and

supported each other.

Coach adjourned the meeting and gave Allison and Joe gift books*.

In the Autograph page of the gift books, Coach asks us to read pages 14-17, think about our

2023 beliefs, and suggest changes, additions, or deletions before next season. Send him

any thoughts you may have on this.

/Joe Ames
